I was born in 1950 in Troy, New York. I spent the first nineteen years of my life in a small town in upper New York State. My brother and myself were raised by my mother and Godmother. I owe everything to my mother and godmother for giving me a solid foundation for who I have become.

After high school I tried living in Florida but missed the change of seasons. I returned to upper New York State to live in the country. I got married and built a cabin in the woods, where I still reside. I divorced after ten years. I have been on a path to a better me for some twenty years. I met Rosemary in July of 2000 and became one of her students in Vermont. My life will never be the same. Rosemary has a way of holding your soul in front of you and allowing you to see what changes could be made in order for you to become more of who you are capable of being. I intend to stay on this path of self-development and nourish my souluntil my life's journey ends and beyond.
