Gerald
 Many years ago, during one of Rosemary's R.A.A.H. teaching classes she asked her students to design a badge that would be significant to the association. It was homework, to come up with a fitting and meaningful design that could be used, a symbol that would sum up the R.A.A.H.. At this time the association was beginning to grow and a badge was something that its members could focus on, wear with pride and feel connected to. The assignment was a hard one, but Gerald was able to put together all of the significant and special elements that the R.A.A.H. is, and is based upon. It really is the power symbol of the Rosemary Altea Association of healers.

History
He was born in 1915 and passed away at the grand old age of 81 on Christmas Day, 1996. He was the husband of Joan, who is still a very active member of the R.A.A.H.. Funnily enough, Gerald was the one who dragged Joan to the healing centers kicking and screaming after his interest in the subject matter was peaked when seeing a leaflet about the association. Now Joan is one of the R.A.A.H.'s most strident members.
Gerald fought in world war two, owned his own home improvement store, and leaves behind two sons, one daughter, two granddaughters and two grandsons aged between 5-19 years.
His healing:
For 12 years Gerald was a proud and enthusiastic 'healer member' of the R.A.A.H..
His interest in healing began quite a while before he joined the R.A.A.H., but it was the association that fulfilled what he'd been looking for. As a probationary member he attended classes and visited the centers every week and eventually acquired his full healer membership status.
Gerald received spiritual healing from Joan until the very end of his illness and gained great strength and comfort because of it, and his beliefs-That there is life after death. Now Joan still talks to her husband on a regular basis through Rosemary.
